Instructions for presenters (updated 10 April 2026)
Please note: authors will have the option of presenting their work in English or Italian. A translation function will be available, with on-screen subtitles from Italian to English and vice versa. To ensure the event is accessible to everyone, we encourage authors to prepare their slides in English. Authors may then choose to present their content in either Italian or English.
Oral presentation
Abstracts accepted as oral presentations will be included in the conference session programme.
Authors presenting oral contributions will have 9 minutes to present their work. After every 4 or 5 presentations, there will be a session set aside for discussion and questions. Oral presenters will have the opportunity of accompanying their presentations with slide projections.
