Instructions for presenters
Submitted abstracts may be selected as oral presentations or poster presentations. Authors will have the opportunity to indicate their preference during the submission process.
Oral presentation
Abstracts accepted as oral presentations will be included in the conference session programme.
Authors presenting oral contributions will have a set amount of time to illustrate their work and answer questions. The presentation time will be indicated upon acceptance of the abstracts. Oral presenters will have the opportunity of accompanying their presentations with slide projections.

Poster presentation
Abstracts accepted as poster presentations must be presented during the assigned poster session.
Before the poster session, poster presenters may participate in a poster panic session in the main conference hall. The poster panic session will allow all poster presenters to briefly introduce the contents of their posters to all conference participants. During the poster panic session, each poster presenter will have the opportunity to project a slide with their poster and will have one minute to quickly present their work.
