Registration

Registration is required to attend any of the conference events. 

After registration, participants will receive instruction for the payment of the resistration fee. 

For each abstract accepted for the conference (either as an oral presentation or poster), at least one author must register by the early registration deadline. Each author may submit only one contribution. An additional fee is required for each additional abstract submitted.

To register for the conference, fill in the Registration form (the registration form will be active from 2 February 2026).

Registration fees

Early registration (on or before 20th April)

• Student* - 60€

• Regular - 150€

Late registration (1st - 22th May)

• Student* - 80€

• Regular - 200€ 

Additional abstracts  

• 60€ for each additional abstract

*To be entitled to the student discount, participants must provide evidence of their student status.

Residents are not eligible for the student discount

Registration fee covers:

• Access to the conference

• Conference kit

• Coffee breaks

• Lunch

• Social events

• ECM credits (for Italian participants)

Conference dinner - 60€

Conference pass

Registered participants must collect their conference pass at the registration desk in the main conference building.

⚠️ All participants must wear their conference pass at all times during the conference. The conference pass grants access to all conference events.
