Registration

Registration is required to attend any of the conference events. 

To register for the conference and pay the registration fee, go to the following webpage: Registration page

Students of the Degree Courses of the University of L'Aquila who wish to attend the conference must register using the following form: Univaq Students' Registration

Please note that the registration page is in Italian. We recommend using your browser’s translation feature to translate the page into your own language.

For each abstract accepted for the conference (either as an oral presentation or poster), at least one author must register by April 20, 2026. Each author may submit only one contribution. 

Registration fees 

(All the fees include VAT)

Early registration (on or before 20th 27th April)

• Student* - 60€

• Regular - 150€

Late registration (21st 28th April - 22th May)

• Students of Degree courses

 - University of L'Aquila - free of charge

- Other Universities* - 40€

• Student* (PhD) - 80€

• Regular - 200€ 

Workshop  @Museum (max 30 participants)

• Participant - 10€

*To be entitled to the student discount, participants must provide evidence of their student status.

Residents are not eligible for the student discount

Registration fee covers:

• Access to the conference

• Conference kit

• Coffee breaks

• Lunch

• Social events

• ECM credits (for Italian participants)

Conference dinner - 60€

Please note that, from 1 May 2026, registration fees paid will not be refunded. (updated 30 April 2026)

Conference pass

Registered participants must collect their conference pass at the registration desk in the main conference building.

⚠️ All participants must wear their conference pass at all times during the conference. The conference pass grants access to all conference events.

Credits ECM

The conference has been accredited for 10 ECM credits. To subscribe for ECM credits, fill in the ECM form.(updated 15 May 2026)
