A call for abstracts is open for authors who wish to contribute to the conference by presenting a research work.
We encourage authors to submit original and unpublished abstracts, which are not under review in any other conference or journal, so that they can be published in the conference proceedings.
Abstracts that have already been published or submitted to other conferences may be accepted but will not be published.

Submission guidelines
All submissions must be in English and formatted as PDF documents. To ensure proper formatting, please consult the template, available in .doc format at the following link: Abstract template
The abstract word limit is 500 words, references excluded. Only manuscripts adhering strictly to the template will undergo peer review by the Faculty members. By submitting an abstract, the authors confirm that at least one of them is committed to registering, participating in the conference, and presenting the abstract.
To ensure anonimity in the review process, please do not include in the abstract any information about the author’s identity.
Abstracts can be submitted by using the following form: Abstract submission form (the abstract submission form will be open from 2 February to 10 March).
To submit an abstract, it is mandatory to provide all the information requested in the submission form. Abstracts submitted without all the necessary information will not be accepted.

Abstract selection
All submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by two members of the Scientific Committee. The evaluation criteria include originality, relevance, methodological appropriateness, and clarity. Abstracts may be accepted as oral presentations or posters. Authors will be notified of the presentation format (oral presentation or poster) upon acceptance of their abstract.
Awards
Innovative and high-impact abstracts will be awarded by the Scientific Committee. Award nominees will be notified a few days before the conference begins.
